loft shopping yesterday. looking for a home made us realize that maybe it was a little selfish to expect a comfortable place to go everyday. it's a blessing to have that opportunity.
autumn brings the beautiful things. this is not only lyrics of a great song by a great band, but also one of my most favorite things in life...when the seasons change. the leaves danced across the street in front of me today and it made me super happy. it was windy and i wrapped myself up in my comforter and sat on my balcony and let the sun warm me to sleep for a bit. it was good.
thursday. can't wait.
kansas city. getting better. when may gets here, i think it might be perfect.
when music changes things. i've been listening to mike crawford's new cd from jacob's well. it's really good. it's pretty insane how music can urge you and remind you of how to love jesus. it's sparking something inside me that makes me more alive than i've been lately. i needed it. it seems jesus always does something to grant me this peace that is beyond anything i can understand.
it's 6:39 pm and it's already dark outside. i don't love that.

Sing your freaking lungs out.........tell them Jesus Christ is KING!!!!
amazing set of cds.
hope you have a great week.
Change- change in seasons phisically and spiritually- how sweet. That's exciting you're loft shopping- who are you living with? I just keep thinking of how sweet the month of April is?!? ;)
Hey,
Hope you are well.
I have to say, I have never quite understood the excitement about fall. Beautiful yes, comfortable no. The wind was so mean yesterday I almost cursed.
I also must say I agree, praising Jesus is sweet. I am glad you are finding comfort in Him.
i mean, what i'm really looking for is a home. not a house. but a home. because, you know, home is where your heart is. and there's no place like home. and when i'm done with work for the day, i want to be able to say, "i'm comin' home." and when i finally get there, i'll be like, "honey, i'm home!" so you know. do you consider this loft to be more like a house or a home?
1. i hope you get the most rad loft. and maybe that is selfish of me too, since i will want to come and drool over it. /live there?
2. autumn IS the best. ever. minus the early darkness thing.
3. you are so great. and we had a conversation about headgear. it's gear for your head!
what if we got a huge four bedroom loft and all lived there together???? SO RAD.
i've been listening to the mike crawford brilliance and thinking of our days at the well.
praying that God will move mountains for you.
love,
lizard
